Maybelline’s Jim Ryan Ros shows WeddingCentral.ph how to infuse color into your wedding day look.

Coral

Embrace ethereal beauty on your special day. Bring out your inner goddess with serene corals and standout with a naturally enhanced luminescence.

Get this look:

Get this look: Go with neutral colors for your eyes, cheeks and lips with smooth soft strokes for a supple and clean look. Smile and concentrate the blush color at the apples of your cheeks and use natural hair lashes to make your eyes alive.

Pink

Go pink and pretty and Inspire youthful, all day freshness on your special day with bright pinks that put on a sweet, light, overall young glow.

Get this look:

Dot luminizing lotion over the apples of your cheeks, tip of your nose and center of forehead to add to your all-over fresh glow, avoid putting it all over your face to avoid looking oily instead of bright and dewy.

Nude

Dare to be bare. Sensational nudes that perfectly compliment smoldering, smoky eyes that make for a perfect, red carpet smile as you walk down the aisle.

Get this look:

Go smoky by slowly blending dark brown shadow from the center of your lids and slowly extend it just beyond the balls of your eyes. line your lips with a nude liner before topping with lipstick to ensure even application  and longwearing color.

Red

Take on the vintage look and inspire both innocent strength and fiery romance with soft curls, lined eyes and rouged lips and watch him fall for you - all over again.

Get this look:

Be sure to draw attention to wing-lined eyes and glossy red lips by going matte all over the face avoiding shimmer blushes and powders, start your liner from the inner corners of your lid and increase the width of the line towards the outer edges. deep reds tend to bleed so make sure lips are fully lined in the same shade before applying color.

Pulling off these looks is a breeze with these easy-to-follow tips from Jim:

Start off with the perfect pallete, remember that skin care should be the first step in makeup so be sure to wash, tone and moisturize before your foundation.

Dry, flaky lips are a super no-no, pile on the lip balm as part of prepping your face for makeup.

To achieve smooth finish apply your liquid foundation on downward strokes following the natural hairgrowth of your facial hairs.

When retouching, apply your pressed powder on a dabbing motion instead of gliding it to avoid smudging your foundation and eventually caking.
