Sleepless Nights

Recently, I'm having troubles in sleeping.  It's not because I'm not praying before going to bed but maybe because I have too much in my head.  More thoughts keep popping even in my sleep...what's wrong with me? :( Is it because of the surrounding that makes me alert all the time, or is there something that might happen someday?  Paranoia  attacks me......what should I do?
