La Elliana Hotel, Ilocos

La Elliana Hotel is located in Rizal St., cor Ablan Ave, Laoag City, near the City Hall. They have 47 rooms. Their customer service is very good with polite staffs. The room rates are so affordable for travellers like us. It costs only 900 a night for triple sharing, 750 for Twin sharing in Matrimonial bed, 800 for twin sharing with 2 beds (breakfast not included).

Their rooms are nice and clean but I think need some improvements. There's a cable TV in each room and shower with heater in each bathroom. No telephone. Pillows, blankets and towels are clean but old. I suggest to replace it with new one for better performance. Our door is a bit torn but still safe. They also have wi-fi service on the lobby. They served breakfast in their restaurant but haven't tried to dine in. There are other restaurants nearby like La Preciosa and Ravanden's Grill, just across the hotel.

Sinking Bell Tower is also a block away from the Hotel.
