Acer Philippines launches Windows 8 - "Ready for the Gr8 change"

Acer Philippines launched today their latest offerings which includes tablet PC's ( Iconia Tab W510 and W700), an ultrabook  (Acer Aspire S7),  and the all in one PC-U series( Aspire 5600U and 7600U) all powered with Windows 8.  The event theme was "I'm ready for the Gr8 Change".

The event was held at Crowne Plaza, Ortigas attended by press, media , bloggers and lots of techie people. The program was started by Acer fashion show followed by Mr. Manuel Wong's (Acer Philippines General Manager) opening remarks.

Mr. Dio Vasquez, Senior Product Manager of Acer Philippines shared the latest about Acer and the comfort of using it.  He also discussed about AcerCloud.  AcerCloud lets you access your photos, music, videos and documents wirelessly and simultaneously on all devices anytime and anywhere -- it enriches your life with more freedom!

There was also a Question and Answer portion where eight consumers were given a chance to ask questions thru Acer on the Street video which was taped earlier.  It's like product awareness portion, I think.

Before the program ends, Mr. Won (Acer General Manager) along with Ms. Karrie Ilagan (Microsoft Director) ramped on the stage together with Derek Ramsay (Acer's Brand Ambassador) and Piolo Pascual.
