Eat's a date @ Pepper Lunch

Last Tuesday, December 6, I had the opportunity to have dinner at Pepper Lunch together with other bloggers and hubby, thanks to Openrice.com and Khaezel Espiritu who invited us to be part of this dinner date.  Yum!

To give a few backgrounds, Pepper Lunch was first introduced in the Philippines on May 16, 2008 at the Power Plant Mall (their very first store).  But it was really originated in Japan in 1994 and introduced by Japanese chef and inventor, Mr. Kunio Ichinose, who always wanted to serve quality, fast foods.

The place is neat and very pleasant to my eyes, plus the fact that they have a very accommodating staffs in uniform (that for me signifies unity and oneness), always ready to serve you.  It has a design of black ceiling and interior that matches their Scandinavian floors.  Look so elegant and modern.  This branch interior was designed by Mr. Takatoshi Kimachi of Goldeneye Creative.

Pepper Lunch is a "fast-steak" or it offers a "do-it-yourself" steak concept to its customers.  Here's the menu for your guide in ordering your meal. :)

They are also serving promo meals.  Be reminded that per meal is good to only one person.

I've tried Hamburger and Chicken or Menu # 15 which cost around Php 315.00.  The food is served in a hot plate and almost done.  But it has to be finished i front of the customer or maybe, if the customer want to try mixing his/her own combination or experiment.

I love the tender and juicy combination of the chicken especially when mixes with garlic sauce, terrific and so yummy!  Aside from meat, they uses Japanese rice that I think is so heavy in my stomach.  I'm already full!

Wait, did you know that they have a secret?  And their secret to the juicy & tender taste is:

• they uses a patented electromagnetic cooker patented in Japan
• heats it at 260 degrees Celsius -keeps food hot for long, and
• unique design>patent registered in Japan

If you're a vegetarian, they also serve Seafoods and Fish meals, and also salads.

I also tried the desserts.  Choco Crumble, Peach and Loops, and Rainbow Surprise.
