ASI Technovation Challenge Grand Winner announced

November 18, Sunday at World Trade Center, the grand winner of ASI (Advance Solutions Inc) Technovation Challenge: Green I.T. has finally announced.  I'm not surprised when the exhibit/school of my choice got it. :) Team ICS Eastwood Icons of Informatics bagged the P100,000 cash and IT Products.

Among the 8 finalists announced, only 7 made it last November 18. I dunno what happened to Team Red?  Anyways, the program was hosted by Mr. Anthony Suntay and a lady (forgot her name, sorry).  The 7 teams then presented and defended their creations/inventions to the judges.  Each team will pick 2 judges to ask them questions about their inventions.

Below are the inventions/presentations of each teams.

Mobile Phone Killer of Team Zed from UST. He was a runner up and won P15,000 worth of IT products

along with team BBN project from De La Salle University.  Their invention/Project is the Recycle Reward.

Environmental Clean-Up TrashGear of Team Cyber Arceri from De La Salle Univerty.  They won P25,000  of cash and IT Products.

Aluminum can and Plastic bottle waste management system of Team SMSDR from University of Perpetual Help. They also bagged P25,000 cash and IT Products.

Water Control System of Team Royal from UST also won P25,000 cahs and IT Products.

Eco Fan of Team ARC from University of Perpetual Help also got the P25,000 and IT products.

And the iLight Project of Team ICS from Informatics bagged the P100,000 cash and IT products!
